What we reply to
- Corrections or errors on any review — we want to know immediately
- Product suggestions from UK dog owners who have used something and think it deserves coverage
- Sizing or fit questions where our guides have not given you a clear enough answer
- Feedback about the site itself — what is confusing, broken or missing
What we do not reply to
- PR pitches or sponsored-post requests — we do not run sponsored reviews, full stop
- Guest post offers or link-exchange requests
- Generic outreach from SEO agencies
Note on product samples: We occasionally accept product samples for testing, but acceptance is not a guarantee of positive coverage — or any coverage at all. If a sample turns out to be rubbish, we say so, or it simply does not appear on the site.
